Kid Diablo Loco is an exchange student in ZZ City - a rare thing, meaning that most of the students don´t know anything at all besides rumor and conjecture about stuff outside of the city borders. There are rumors about him - his dad is a kind of international exchange Imperial Magistrate, he is some sort of Baneful warrior belonging to a sect of Mexican cactus-eaters (though no one is quite sure what that means, really), he´s here to spy on the Black Crane for his own foreign school.

No one knows. He´s been the target of some abuse since he arrived, and recently [[Red Star Dervish]] challenged him to a duel to allow him to prove his mettle (ZHB Episode 3, kids!)

He primarily uses the [[Masked Fighter For Justice]] Style kung fu. Little is known about his [[Legacy]], or even if he has one. Does foreigners work like us, anyway?
