"Yees. And oh, say hello to our exchange student, one... Kid... Diablo...Loco?"

Everyone looks at the short guy standing leaning against the wall by the door. No one´s exactly sure when he got there. The guy is short and masked. He shrugs.

"I am Kid Diablo Loco. Leave me alone or you´ll be sorry."

Kid Diablo Loco is an exchange student in ZZ City - a rare thing, meaning that most of the students don´t know anything at all besides rumor and conjecture about stuff outside of the city borders. There are rumors about him - his dad is a kind of international exchange Imperial Magistrate, he is some sort of Baneful warrior belonging to a sect of Mexican cactus-eaters (though no one is quite sure what that means, really), he´s here to spy on the Black Crane for his own foreign school.

No one knows. He´s been the target of some abuse since he arrived, and recently Red Star Dervish challenged him to a duel to allow him to prove his mettle (ZHB Episode 3, kids!)

He primarily uses the Masked Fighter For Justice Style kung fu. Little is known about his Legacy, or even if he has one. Does foreigners work like us, anyway?
