She'd be the source of many of the rumors that spread about Nari (leading to her infamy and playing a significant role in her being something of an outcat), although at this point Nari doesn't really even try to dispute them. Not strong physically, but extremely socially adept and an excellent student. Lots of allies because of this -- basically Reika is strong where Nari is weak, and uses that ruthlessly to her advantage.
* '''Ryota Tanaka''', Nariko's father, is a struggling mechanic with debts to the wrong people. He and his daughter are very close, and would do nearly anything for one another. He does his best to shield Nariko from the consequences of his debts, but she goes out of her way to protect him, which often means getting involved with thugs sent to collect on the debts. They live in a small apartment upstairs from the garage.
