=New Ship Rules=
All vessels have one Upper Deck weapon mount. This may fire in all directions, except on Galley-hulled vessels where it may fire only in the Fore Arc. Armed Carracks also have one pair of Port/Starboard weapon mounts. These weapons may fire only into the Port/Starboard arc.<br>

Ships may only mount one weapon per weapon mount.<br>

*If a hit with grape shot is successful, any additional threshold successes are compared to the Dodge DV of everyone on deck of the targeted vessel. Against targets that fail to dodge, the weapon does half its listed damage (Overwhelming tag removed). Grape shot never damages targeted vessels.
