A character for [[XCrawl:Sparkle_Motion|XCrawl: Sparkle Motion]]. == Background == Vaz is a drow, which automatically makes him a second-class citizen in Emperor Reagan's America. For most Underdarkers (Vaz prefers "Subterranean American") life is harsh and frequently short existence, characterized by drugs, gang warfare, and roaming monsters. Some join the military for a chance to escape, some vie for athletic scholarships, but Vaz chose XCrawl. He isn't the first drow to compete, but he's one of the first to make it as far as he has, and while the networks still treat him as something of a novelty his slow, steady, and deadly progression through the ranks has begun to garner him a real fan following. The creature is Weakened until the end of your next turn and you may shift up to 2 squares. *Warlock's Curse *Cloak of Shades: Minor Action Utility. Until the end of your next turn you gain concealment against all creatures and are Invisible to creatures that are more than 5 squares away from you. *Cloud of Darkness: Minor Action Close Burst 1. Creates a cloud of darkness until the end of your next turn. This cloud blocks line of sight, squares within it are totally obscured, and creatures within the cloud are Blinded. You are immune to these effects. *Killer's Ambush: Rogue 7 Encounter power, Melee or Ranged attack, Rattling, targets one creature from which you are hidden, requires the use of a crossbow, light blade, or sling.
