My general philosophy on the die rolling in this game...do what you need to do, be as outrageous as you need to be, and we'll play it out in a truly cinematic fashion. Don't sweat the little things, I'm good with rolling dice. If you want to roll the 2d6, that's cool as well.

- Distribute 20 points into Stats
- Determine Derived Stats
- Take your one (1) Destiny Point
- Distribute 30 points into Character Skills
- Choose Assets, Liabilities and Behavioral Tags. Just keep it playable.
- Create a History and Relationships. That means talk to other players.
- Gear up.
