In an attempt to keep things together and not to overshadow each other.  All Exalt types in play will have Solar XP Costs, Lunar can learn Most of the Fae Charms from GWM (I will be final arbiter on what goes and what doesn't), Sidereal can learn most Spirit charms (again I shall be the one that says yea or nay to your charms).
You can 'upgrade' a combo.  Just pay the additional cost of the added charm.
