The Battle Sculpting Jewel is a five-faceted, flat cut ruby twice the size of a jade obol.
The Jewel reduces the cost of all War Charms used by its bearer by (Hearthstone rating) motes. War Charms are those with the War Ability as a prerequisite, any Charm with the War Keyword or any Charm that affects Mass Combat Units.
