Ernie Kovacs luck had always been feast or famine. One week he'd land a brilliant job, the next he'd have an accident- break his leg and cause them to let him go. His rollercoaster life led him to a life of apathy. It was only with a blast of "luck" that his life changed... Now he has control over much of that luck and can effect others.
