History, Influences and Style[edit]
Originally started by Gabriel Stone in 2009, Rock Paper Scissors was a project he and some college buddies experimented with. The original guitarist proved to be to different creatively and quit shortly after the band started. Joseph Williams, a good friend of Gabriel's, stepped in to fill the void. After college, most of the band split up to persue other careers. To fill these openings, the former bassist's younger brother, Ori Douglas stepped in to take his brother's place. Recently, Amanda Pennington has joined the group at the urging Joseph. Although somewhat different artistically, her talent and vocals have revitalized the band and taken it to hereunto unexplored places musically.
Rock Paper Scissors is a alternative rock/post-grudge band. They have a modest underground following in the college community and are currently trying to put together their first CD.
