Instead of angel slaves the nuns are known as either Matrons of Bethan(the equivalent of a cannoness or mother abbess) or Handmaidens of Bethan. The nobility tend to directly offer prayers to Lady Bethan due to having been part of the gentry. The Archangel Jaser is the guardian of the world; chosen by the Creator of All Things to protect and guide those that dwell upon it. He is the primary mentioned Deity in the Time of the Green Star campaign.

So far the only mentioned Fighting order is the Ordo Mundo Servatorum, which is the Order of the World's Keeper. (which Ventas belongs to) But I have ideas regarding several more depending on what their membership do.
Kicking around in my head right now are also the:
Ordo Mundus Defensor, Order of the World Defender. Questing Knights that have sworn themselves to the church of Jaser. (If OMG's Pally was a member of this it would go a long way to explaining our acquaintance.)
Ordo Electæ dominæ, Order of the Chosen Lady. These are fighting nuns that model their lives after Lady Bethan, they often retire to become Matrons of Bethan when they reach an advanced age.
