Goliath Electronics is a huge high-tech company founded by Edward Rook back in 1940. It's one of Harbor City's biggest employers and benefactors. It is located in the Industrial District.

Boardmember James Watson was recently disgraced and forced off the board, and now runs a competing business called Watson Technologies.

Councilmember Israel Tanaka has accused Goliath Electronics of making electronic death rays for the CIA and shipping them to South America. Rook has called the allegations "preposterous".
