The Book of Broken Horses

In what was once the Realm Year 770, and later called Year 3 of the Mandate Renewed, the barbarian hordes of Ma-Ha-Suchi scattered the Circle of Horses. After this, three years of darkness reigned. This is the story of those years.

Year One - Scattered Mares

• Seeking the Stallion-Lord's Shelter: Hiparkes does not always have room in his stables for guests.

• The Grief of the Forsaken: Times are hard for the Exalts of the Marukan, but things are worse for the mortal they've left behind.

Year Two - Hobbled Foals

• Building the Barrows: Left alone in the Eye of Hiparkes, the Lawgiver's servants begin to mourn.
