Character Generation Rules
- Using errata'd character creation as per Scroll of Errata
- Start at Essence 3, may not be raised above 5 without Charms
- Everyone gets 20 Charms at starting, regardless of Exalt type
- Favored Abilities/Attributes may optionally be split 7 favored/3 caste (Solar), 5/4 (Sidereal), or 5/3 (Dragonblooded)
- 28 Bonus Points
- 125 XP
- Everyone gets an additional 3 Background points
- Combos are free, but must be designed before use and still cost willpower to use
- The first 3 dots of Solar Bond are free. Further dots are at standard cost.
- Merits and Flaws are allowed, with ST approval
- The Great Curse is mostly narrative, not mechanical
