My general philosophy on the die rolling in this game...do what you need to do, be as outrageous as you need to be, and we'll play it out in a truly cinematic fashion. Don't sweat the little things, I'm good with rolling dice. If you want to roll the 2d6, that's cool as well.

- Pick a Character Type
- Distribute 20 points into Stats
- Determine Derived Stats
- Take your one (1) Destiny Point
- Distribute 30 points into Character Skills

- Distribute 30 points into skills. No skill is unimportant, so choose wisely. No more than 4 points in a single skill, and if you have to pick a category, then do so - but fit it to your character concept. 6. Choose assets, liabilities and behavioral tags. (see the list. please keep it playable.) 7. Fill out the Space Corps Personnel file. 8. Create a history and relationships. That means talk to other players. 9. Gear up.

1. Pick a character type. 2. Distribute 20 points into stats. Stats are Agility, Dexterity, Strength, Perception, intelligence, and Willpower. 3. Determine Derived Stats, Initiative (PER+AGL), Save (STR+WILL)(resilient to bodily harm), and Shrug (STR+WILL), which the "John Wayne" ability to shrug off damage. 4. Take your one (1) Destiny point. This lets you reroll a skill check or wound save. You get it back in the next scenario, but if you use it in a comically appropriate or heroic manner, you might just get another one. Might.
