Terra's Abberation companion, he came to her during a trip through Xor'iat with Volrath. He proved not only to be sentient, but an imprisoned soul. Roughly a thousand yeas ago, he was a Quori Mindhunter. He and his friends were eventually captured in Dal Quor while trying to take the fight to the Quori themselves. His companions were murdered and he was sealed inside the abberation. His name was cursed by the Quori, quite litterally. It has since been lost to history.

Stripped of his mindhunter abilities, he remained a powerful Psion, but had only limited access to his power. Dumped onto the Material Plane, he eventually made his way to Xor'iat. There, he struck a deal with the Daelkyr. He would watch over Volrath until he matured in exchange for the ritual to release him. It has also become clear that his power as a Sorceror was developed under the Deranged Ones guidance, why or how is not known at this time.

With Terra's help, he was freed, but lacking a body of his own he had to fuse with her. They are now of one mind, their power, memories, and personalities forever joined. Afterward, the abberation remained, but it's intelligence is greatly reduced. It remains sentient, some of the imprisoned ones intellect having rubbed off on it, but only at slightly above animal intelligence.
