Lights and floats as far as the eye can see. Booze-soaked tourists screaming at the top of their lungs for beads and doubloons thrown by elegantly dressed and masked folks from above. Carnival!
Welcome to Mardi Gras 2018 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Big Easy. The Biggest Party on Earth. Everyone is out tonight, be it mortal, supernatural, or stranger things besides as they push and mingle through the crowds of partying people. A festive celebration like no other!
Well... except for one thing: Rex, the Sin-Eater King of New Orleans has been found dead on a balcony overlooking the parade routes, his Geist gone, drink still in hand! It's up to the only people the supernatural authorities can find that aren't tanked or partying hard to solve the mystery before the sun rises on Ash Wednesday!
