This is an OOC section for setup & ground rules.
Characters[edit]
- Niche street-level heroic characters.
- The concept for characters:
Human
Innate powers
Part of Rust City
One trick pony
Heroic
- Niche protection is paramount.
- We don't kill.
(We don't use Lethal attacks.)
We are rated PG-13.
- Technology is up to cutting edge present day +5 years
- Game stats: 75pp with PL5 as a benchmark and PL10 as the max
This allows for building a character with one specialized ability or for several lesser abilities for range.
