The nationless are any peoples who claim no land of their own, instead living within the borders of other nations.

Borders

The notion of physical border markers is not applicable here, but to give some idea where the major nationless groups might be found.

Humans: The bulk of humanity makes its home throughout the dwarven empire.
Half Elves: Rare in the lands, half elves may be found in similar numbers in the dwarven empire, the hartshorn, the ferrous wastes, and the inner isles.
Gnomes: Gnomes are split fairly evenly between the Clanclave Mountains of the dwarven empire and the Hartshorn.
Tieflings: As rare as half elves, tieflings nevertheless choose by and large to dwell within the dragonborn protectorate.
Orcs: More often than not, orcs will be found in the high reaches of the Clanclave Mountains.
