Lilly's commander when the spoony served in the Royal Wands, and still views the boy as a rival. His family has a long history of serving Karrnath, mostly as law enforcement on the Talenta plains. The misinterpreted family name "Mustang" comes from a famous ancestor, Jim "Mustang West" Paladinmount, who repeatedly saved the life of a Galifarian king from the dwarf (human) madman Girlless.
