Background and Notes: These are your run of the mill ne'er do wells.
In at scene 1 they were used as muscle by Big Mack Ferelli, presumably a mob boss.

Description: Good dark suit with a tee shirt. Short, curly dark hair. Not too tall, but athletically built. Overall, pretty sharp, but it is clear he doesn't have a office job.

Background and Notes: What can I say, he's got talents. A snap of his fingers, and things come to him. A wave of his hand or a wink of his eye and he's gone. Popper is a free spirit. Whether he's a hero or a villain is unclear, but then again, in the world of the Shadow Precinct, some people would say the same about most of the guys in tights.

Background and Notes:
- Her grandsome is named Preston Watkins.
- We have seen adaption papers for Preston being adapted by and hier to Paul Scholes, a wealthy financer in town.
