BACKGROUND:
Born in the high mountains overlooking the southern city of Kumar, Kocha found himself alone in the world after his father was lost with a caravan in the Desert of Skulls. Tall and strong, he found work as a caravan guard himself, traveling from Al-Khalid to Zandara and selling his sword and services to the highest bidder.
After finding work as a bodyguard for a rich sea merchant, Kocha eventually found his way to the north where his dark skin and tall stature immediately marked him as both a curiosity and an outsider. A natural target on both the battlefield and at the tavern, Kocha was glad to be both a fast healer and a smooth talker. His travels have lent him some affinity with strange tongues, and the ability to quickly asses a new place and to get away quietly when outnumbered.
A man alone in a strange culture, Kocha lives by his wits and the strength of his flesh, always ready to do battle if the money is right.
