Clerics in Trinity follow the same rules as found in the SRD, [http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/cleric.htm here].
The cleric is no longer a Trinity-accepted core class. This change is official as of October 25, 2007. All pre-existing Trinity characters that are members of the Cleric class are allowed to continue to be so; however, all characters created on or after this date are not allowed to become a member of the Cleric class.
 
Clerics in Trinity must choose a religion in addition to a specific deity.

Cleric

The cleric is no longer a Trinity-accepted core class. This change is official as of October 25, 2007. All pre-existing Trinity characters that are members of the Cleric class are allowed to continue to be so; however, all characters created on or after this date are not allowed to become a member of the Cleric class.

The cleric will essentially be replaced by the priest class, which will be up soon.
