Game opening, "the London Tower" fell as he made petty theft on the clockface of Big Ben. The Ripper toppled him and though the audience didn't see the deed, the man's brains were opened up and fed on by this Ripper.

• mini-GM Commentary: London Tower = Stilt-Man]. London Tower, it HAD to be London Tower as the first victim of the Ripper! LT is the Victorian analogue for Marvel Comics "Stilt-Man"]. I love the Stilt-Man in that cheesy-cool stupid but neat C-Tier level villain way. The 1st victim of the Ripper in our setting HAD to be Stilt-Man.  :)
