Geography and Weather:
With the exception of the few island chains and isolated atolls, the four continents are submerged under the planet-spanning ocean. Due to this, weather and climate runs in fairly uniform bands running from tropical at and near the equator, grading off into arctic conditions near the poles. Occasionally massive typhoons and hurricanes will sweep the ocean, unimpeded by any major landmass. These storms just keep going till they blow themselves out.
