• Primary Characteristeic: 1-4 -10%; 5-8 -5%; 9-12 - 0%;13-16+5%; 17-20 +10%; +5 per block of four thereafter.
• Secondary Characteristic: 1-4 -5%; 5-12 - 0%; 13-16 +5%; 17-24 +10%; +5% per block of eight thereafter.
