At the center of the Multiverse is Earth-0, a planet of superheroes connected to hundreds of different parallel worlds. Its heroes not only defend their own planet from invasion by parallel universes but also defend other worlds. It is THE TOBYVERSE.

Timeline

1857 Baron Nemesis, somehow creates an island in the Atlantic. He is defeated by a coalition of forces led by the British.

1867 or so The island created by Baron Nemesis is eventually sold to a group of mostly-British businessmen.

1894 The Visionaries, by now in complete control of the artificial island, announce that their project is complete, and open Atlantis to the world.

1910s During the height of World War I, the people of Atlantis declare it a free and independent state.

1920s Atlantis' immigration restrictions are eased.

1930s Atlantis is hit brutally by the worldwide Depression, and is forced to import workers after many of their own leave the island.

1940s Atlantis enters the war in 1942 on the side of the allies. It begins using airships to move goods in hopes of avoiding u-boats.

1950s Atlantis serves as a meeting ground for early Cold War diplomatic meetings. It also begins to recruit scientists and scholars from all over the world.

1965 Atlantis is conquered by the forces of Doctor Xyle. The Atlantean resistance eventually brings down his shields and disables his bombs, allowing an international task force to aid them in retaking the island.
