Initial Pitch[edit]
Sam is immortal. Toby can visit alternate worlds. Jasmine sees the future. Charlie can dodge bullets. Miriam is incredibly lucky, in a weird sort of way. Eric can bend light.
Just another average family.
Pick 1: Miriam Horas[edit]
Sam's wife, she gets visions of the future. One of them told her to marry Sam.
aka Miss Destiny, Madam Destiny of the Infinity Family.
Pick 2: The Seven Avatars[edit]
Seven embodiments of cosmic forces, doing time on Earth for an unknown purpose.
Chaos, Innovation, Justice, Life, Ocean, Time, and ...?
Pick 3: Sam Horas[edit]
An immortal man, starting out (yet another) new life with his new family.
aka Carl Sands, Captain Houdini of the Infinity Family, The Escapologist, The Forever Man, and others.
Pick 4: The Watchmakers[edit]
A group of researchers and spies, intent on finding out the truth about Sam and the other Avatars, and prepared to believe the worse.
May have splintered off into other branches over time.
Pick 5: Christopher ("Kit") Horas[edit]
Sam and Miriam's eldest son, a recent graduate of the Blackwell Academy. Currently studying chronophysics at Empire City University. Can jump sideways in time.
aka Flicker of the Infinity Family.
Pick 6: Merlin the Magician[edit]
The same one from Camelot, and quite grumpy about the whole affair. Son of Sam and a powerful Fey, born backward in time. Mastered Chronomancy out of necessity. Subverted his crystal cave from a prison to his haven, and spends his time there, sulking.
Pick 7: Diana Horas[edit]
Sam and Miriam's daughter, able to control her personal rate of time, letting her speed up or slow down at will. Currently a senior at Blackwell Academy.
aka Hummingbird of the Infinity Family.
Pick 8: Leviathan[edit]
Avatar of Oceans, and an old friend of Sam's. (Calls him "Noah".)
Pick 9: Jason ("Jay") Horas[edit]
Sam and Miriam's youngest son, born with the ability to see timelines, especially his own. Can read his future memories, get rough reading of others close to him from the 'feeling' of their timelines. Hampered by "the Tangle", a point in the reasonably near future where things get complicated.

Pick 10: The Infinity Family[edit]
Sam's family as a superhero team. They have a comic book and an animated series, and are corny, but popular.
Pick 11: The Forever Man[edit]
An immortal villain ID that Sam has been maintaining since the days of the Shackleford Expedition. Based on Sam's natural immortality, an alien "shimmersuit", and a trick he's picked up as an Avatar. Currently hanging part-time with the House of Villains.
Pick 12: The Infinicave[edit]
Slightly less glamorous than its fictional counterpart, but a lot more practical.
