Quill is highly inexperienced in the real world, or crimes so well see how this goes...
His guitar is a self made creation it has a small storm elemental bound into it and it gets 'fed' by the alchemicalshock to fuel a quasi- electric guitar feel. Its mor elike hooking up a six string to a amp and hoping for the best. but this guitar can double as a weapon if the cylinder of shockj is twisted to the right. Many nasty electric and sonic things will follow soon after.
