Fall of the Feywild, Borderlanders, is a Planescape adventure dealing with the ending of a major realm of the cosmos and it's effect on the Great Wheel.

Borderlanders

Borderlanders are unique among Planewalkers. Born between the Outland and the Hiniterlands in sight of the Great Spire, Borderlanders are individuals with a particular sensitivity to the places where realms rub up against one another. Portals and potential portals are clear to their sight, and they have an uncanny knack for understanding the key that will open a given portal.

Not all Outlanders or Hinterlanders become Borderlanders, but those who do have a fierce edge for travelling the Planes that place them spire and sigil above their peers.

Fall of the Feywild

An age is ending, the Serpent tightens its coils, and the Veil frays. The Feywild is falling, bleeding helplessly into the Prime and the Shadowfell. It is a far off change, and a very general one that should not affect the turning of the Great Wheel overmuch - save that the Sidhe are masters of portals and guardians of Ways that were ancient when the worlds were young.

Within their own dying realm, Sidhe mastery of moving between realms almost rivals the Lady of Pain herself.

The portals crackling to life from the Feywild are many - and they only open one way, into whatever realms the Sidhe can access, to let their people free. Many portals erupt into the Prime. Still more have opened into the Elemental and Quasi-elemental planes. And in an unprecedented wave, ancient portals once guarded and protected by the Sidhe have once again been activated and opened, and the Children of the Fey are pouring into the crowded torus of Sigil itself.

So many refugees poured from their dying realm into the Cage only to vanish a moment later into one of the Lady's inescapable labyrinths, never to be heard from again, but with so many portals coming to life at once, many cunning souls slipped through the cracks and found sanctuary - or at least a shadow to hide from the Lady's displeasure.
