Characters

Niche street-level heroic characters.

The concept for characters:

    Human
    Inate
    poor from Rust City
    one trick pony
    Heroic

We don't kill. (We don't use Lethal attacks.) We are rated PG-13.

Technology: Up to cutting edge present day +5 years

Game stats: 75pp with PL5 as a benchmark and PL10 as the max

This allows for building a character with one specialized ability or for several lesser abilities for range.

No Variable Powers Ex. Gadgets, Alternate Powers, Arrays, etc. Niche protection is paramount.

Setting

Note: None of the previous game is cannon. While we are converting some elements, stuff that doesn't match our setting is put aside.

The game is centered in Rust City, an area that is partly based on Kowloon Walled City.
