The Warehouse is an old shack that's owned by Rupin Addwealth. It's two storeys high and made out of wood. It's mostly used for storing "luxury goods". It's caretaker is Deadlus.

Level 10 magewright/5 expert(traps) chaotic neutral half-elf.
Deadlus is an old, fat and bald half-elf that's employed by the smugglers as an all around handyman in the Warehouse. He identify magic objects, package goods and handles security. He's a former Medani employee and knows one or two things about preventing bad things happening to the the luxury goods. Spending many hours searching for hidden threats seem to have affected the old man though and he suffer from a serious case of paranoia.
