Mano a Mano Fantasy RPG:Beastmen

Beastmen have a combination of animal and human characteristics. They are often humanoid or at least more anthropomorphic than normal animals. Bipedal apes or homonids such as Neanderthals might also be considered beastmen even though they are human-like only because humans are also homonids and apes.
