I'm putting together a very fast & psuedo-rules light RPG in the grand tradition of the 1001 nights. In truth, it is very action oriented, oweing more to Al-Qadim, movies, video games, and modern novels than to classic literature. But it does have genies, flying carpets, and the whole deal.
