History

'I'm eighteen years old, i'm one of the oldest orphans here. You're probably wondering 'Oh, thats interesting! Do you remember anything at all? What was the outside world like?' Well, you know what? I barely remember anything. Most... Most of the time I sleep, its just kind of empty dreaming, I guess. you know, where you just close your eyes and it all goes dark, right? Well, thats how I normally sleep. But when I do dream... I remember a bit. I remember things I don't wanna see. I remember darkness and fiery red. I remember hearing screams, the sounds of death and agony... And I remember someone, a woman... A dark woman, a woman who appears in my dreams every night. Yet, she's as beautiful as she is monstrous, and everytime I see her, she tells me i'm safe... Her beautiful, nightmarish form bringing me somewhere. So i'm an orphan, like so many others. Not that it matters, my family are the other orphans, and Ruby herself. She's... Nice, I like her.

But you know, those are dreams. Were they my past? I don't know. But I do know that i'm here, with Lilly. You don't know who she is?! Lilly is my Sister, Twin sister. If you look, she has the same Gray eyes as I do, same blonde hair, and we're almost the same size! of course, i'm stronger and faster then her, and she's smarter and more learned then I am... But we're best friends, since we're siblings. I love her dearly, and I guess we're very close to one another even if we're so different.

I've been here for a long, long time. Scarlet says i've been here for sixteen years, I can believe that. I've been training to be a warrior now, I want to fight. I can already impress near anyone in the village with my sword skills, and there are hardly any here who are as tough as I am! I guess... I guess I don't have much to say on my history, really. The history is just the past, you know? What I am looking forward to is the future. Theres so much to look forward to, despite the darkness and rumors. Everyone else is grim about it... I want to look forward and give it my all. Even if I can't change anything... Well, i'm gonna go ahead and try it anyway, even if it kills me to just change one good thing about all this darkness and wrongness. Afterall, thats what being a hero is all about... Right?
