Emerald City Gamefest — Proposed discussion agenda for Meeting No. 2:

Mechante Anemone proposes (10/26/2006):

1. Selection of a lead person for the meeting, who will be in charge of making sure we cover the agenda, we respect our time limit, and everyone has a chance to speak.
2. Addition of any last minute items to the agenda, if needed.
3. Discuss group decision rules
4. Define responsibilities of the event coordinator
5. Selection of the event coordinator
6. Discuss possible ECG Marketing Materials and decide
7. Claim/distribute assignments for action items, with target dates
