GUILT COMPLEX[edit]
This is a problemic disad in that when and where applicable another disad is app;ied to the character. A character under it's effects is under hefty penaltie for a disad of it's point value for a fixed length of game tme,
A characyer in a Traveller game will have shaken off the effects during the "downtime" of interolanetary transit while characters in olay by post who could spend months of real time advancing one day of game time never escape the disad.
