YEN-LO-WANG

Yen-Lo-Wang, the God of Death and Ruler of the Fifth Court of Feng Du, the Chinese Hell. Or you may refer to him as Mr. Ji rui.

Description

Surprisingly, the Ruler of of the 5th level of Feng Du is a short unimposing old man with a taste for modern three piece suits. He maintains a well-groomed beard though his crown is quite bald and wears a fanciful pinz-nez.

Motivation

Yen-Lo-Wang finds meaning in his role as minister of divine justice on those souls deemed deserving of his attention. Yet, he secretly desires to return to his former position as not only the King over all of Feng Du, but judge of the recently departed too. But, with passage of time Yen-Lo has found it necessary to take a more direct approach to punishing the wicked in world the of man to keep the idea of Divine Justice alive.

Employment

Yen-Lo-Wang, God of Death & Ruler of the 5th Court of Feng Du, is an IRS agent when moving amongst the living.

Realm

5th level of Feng Du. The Hell of Wailing, Gouging and Boiling. Next stop, women's underwear and men's hats...

Myth

Recuperating

Karma: Yen-Lo-Wang takes solace in any activity in which the wicked are punished for their actions – be it a lethal 'accident' or community service for the guilty. Above all, let the punishment fit the crime.
