Soldier Port

Background

Haren

Haren was born in Dunstop in Tarsh. He was the son of successful merchants who traded all over the empire. Based on their success he had access to the highest courts and citizens of the empire. He started adopting the courtly ways and developed proficiency in dueling with two blades. Generally he is quiet about this aspect of his past preferring just to talk about his life in the army. His merchant background saved him from the worst of front line fighting, but he adapted the courtly dueling to more practical and lethal weapons.
