Troops

These values are all for effectively 1st level soldiers, per month cost. They are based off the Guard in the Monster Manual (pp 347)

Light Infantry 15 gp (Spear, sword, chain shirt and shield) +1 Morale

Heavy Infantry 25 gp (Spear, Sword, Splint, Shield) 25 gp +2 Morale

Bowman 40gp/month (shortbow, short sword, leather armor) +1 Morale

Longbowman 60gp/month (Longbow, longsword, chain shirt) +1 Morale

Crossbowmen 40gp (light crossbow, short sword, chain shirt) +1 Morale

Light Cavalry 60 gp (lance, sword, shield, leather armor, light warhorse) +2 Morale

Horse Archers 90gp (composite bow, scimitar, leather armor, light warhorse) +2 Morale

Some of these you can recruit from Sirrus, while others you will have to send to Anchorhead to get them hired.

Skilled and Unskilled Labor

Skilled Labor is 2GP/Day, Unskilled is 2cp/day

Soldiers tend to get paid less since they expect the opportunity to loot, etc. Also, Skilled Labor is just that; skilled.
