'''Steve''' I'm sorry, I thought all ability damage healed at the rate of 1 per day, as per the rule I looked up in the PBH.  I even recall asking the group at large if that was right before doing it.  And yes, I do have the original damage written.  I was -2 str, -3 con, and -2 Cha.  You said str and con would not heal, would the cha heal or is it the same deal as str and con?
