Imagine Level 5 from Heroes, filled with all your favorite villains - Sylar and Dr. Horrible, Gaius Baltar and Angelus, Mystique and Dark Willow. And you start out stuck there because you've been bad and you got captured by Owl-rimmed glasses man, or Clark Kent, or Buffy, or Peter Petrelli, or maybe it was Mulder & Scully. But they got you.

And then one day the lights flicker and the guards vanish and you don't know what happened. And then Magneto comes in - you know, Magneto, he's not just a criminal, he's the real deal, the total super-villain mastermind. He is the Microsoft of bad guys.
