* '''the Architect of Ruin''': A strange, isolated entity, living out in the middle of the ruins of the first freedom city. the homeless, the disaffected are the subjects of this wasteland king, the Scraps, the multiple spawn of FC's urban ghost, serve as his knights and soldiers. Monomaniacal in his plans, he steals from New Freedom in daring raids the way we would raid the pantry for a missing ingredient, leaving as soon as he has what he wants. People are fed, clothed and protected in his blasted kingdom, free to live lives denied them by society, and the Architect prefers not to take lives if he can help it, but there is no question that something went wong with him long ago, for he has little respect for the heros of New Freedom, viewing them as hypocrital opressors. dressed in robes of ragged, motley green, and with a face like asphalt, there are those that believe this king of broken dreams to be the former Doctor Metropolis, Traumatized by the loss of his city, trying in vain to complete the Sisyphean task of bringing Old Freedom from glowing ashes to rightful glory.

The following is just a list of random super villain ideas I'd possibly like to use in the future...

  • the Collective: it's firm sci-fi tradition that cockroaches will survive a nuke. guess who got promoted to master villain with all that energy?
  • the Architect of Ruin: A strange, isolated entity, living out in the middle of the ruins of the first freedom city. the homeless, the disaffected are the subjects of this wasteland king, the Scraps, the multiple spawn of FC's urban ghost, serve as his knights and soldiers.
  • Old Glory: A grave-robber at best and a soulless scavenger at heart, Glory gathers the gadgets, remnants and memorobilia of heros and villains past as a morbid collection, that only he may have. Old Glory uses a frequently modified power-suit, designed to emulate the powers and gadgets of his prized trophies. a some-time partner of Remlok the Rover, Although Remlok has made no secret that he considers his infrequent associate little more than a ghoul.
