LEGACY

• • Supreme Thief**

The fox-spirits are powerful Yin entities beholden neither to Heaven, Earth, or Hell. Their larcenous magics allows them to steal away even a man's very ancestors!

By making a Finesse roll opposed by a target's Awareness they can steal away the Legacy of that target for the rest of the scene. Only one Legacy can be stolen at any given time; if a new one is taken or the scene passes it reverts back to the true owner.

If the target has no Legacy you instead gain all their Destiny Loresheet benefits pertaining to descending from famous people (example: Guan-Long Feng on page 118 of the MRB). If the target doesn't have that either he has nothing for you to steal. You can't squeeze blood from a stone
