• ALTERNATE (b):

Future 51 years from now, in 2056. President Haines is negotiating with India to demand Abraham Michaels' return to stand trial. The UN council is meeting again this week to implore President Gaines to repeal the state of Martial Law, his Father joined up with Milos’ gang that he started hating us. Well, that and when his Father erupted and blew up all of Las Vegas. After Cuba took in The Progenitors nobody else is going to be willing to take the risk. The nuclear treaty has already been broken. Arthur is sitting on a bed in his Fathers old apartment building holding a bottle with some undefined alcohol. ... The announcer reports that another three of the notorious “Survivors” have been captured and executed today.
This brings the count up to 279 out of 283 accounted for.

1. Brian Jaffe [missing] - headed for Alpha Centari
2. Jason Forrest [missing] - (The Ghost), known to be able to go totally incorporeal, possess people’s minds, and induce hallucinations of such a extreme level that psychosomatic wounds have been seen opening on his victims bodies in response to the trauma to their psyche.
3. Abraham Michaels [political asylum] - (The Doc) has sought political asylum with India. President Haines is negotiating with India to demand his return to stand trial. Abraham was lauded early on as a great hero when he performed a public ‘miracle’ by healing over 300 people of various maladies, injuries, and even re-growing lost limbs on several disabled war veterans.
4. Arthur Redford [missing] - reliable sources have tracked him down to the downtown slums of D.C.

• ALTERNATE (b) : Martial Law was declared in 2051.
  Age 87 (in 2051) (age 35 in 2005), Arthur goes back to watch 9/11 in a old Boston Bar.

2020-25

• ALTERNATE (c): After about twenty years he ... The whole neighborhood had changed. Always a plush area, the neighborhood had evidently improved several more notches. There was no litter, no vandalism, and people moved with a purposeful air. ... It’s illegal for you to even own the old world currency.

2011

• ALTERNATE (b): President Milos Wiazowski signs Super Terrorist registration and dehumanization act. Officially it was an addendum to the renewed Patriot Act. This act allowed the Government to collect and “tag” any survivor of the flight 282 and if they determined that the individual was a threat, they could lose their status as a Homo Sapiens and therefore all human rights. After the mass breakout from a government facility almost six years earlier Congressman Wiazowski pushed hard to establish controls and restraints on these creatures.

Now, as President, he had the power to accomplish this. As a result, in the next three months, seventy nine of the ST’s were killed, and twenty five were captured. Only seven turned themselves in to “voluntarily” work with the government.

• February 7 - Athens Banner-Herald reports "Godlike charged with Murder".
• February 7 | ALTERNATE (e): Allowing himself to relax and slide forward in time to several weeks after they all awoke from their comas, Arthur snuck into his own bedroom, and looked down at his own sleeping body, blissfully unaware of his future self’s presence. Speeding himself up to almost max speed, he told himself a tale of the futures.
• February 6 - Brian, Jack, Arthur, Mandy, Mary Beth Manley, Vivian Janell, Julie Young (without her children), Julia Lee, Harley Carlson, and Vernon Marks have their "reunion" on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Agent Marks places Mandy under arrest.

• February 3 - The Washington Post reports Vigilante Strikes Again.
• February 2 - According to the government, the latest day on which The Survivors' status as "alive" would be reinstated.

January

• January 31 - Arthur seeks to save the life of Carrie Sellers (Survivor) by going back in time, changing history and abducting her. He places her in the care of a Washington DC doctor, a family friend.; Mandy Smith aids her new ladder in the DC, Park Monroe highrise apt fire in a Box Alarm.
• January 30 - The first Parliamentary elections in Iraq since the overthrow of the Ba'ath Party government led by Saddam Hussein take place.; Jack locates the abandonned Subway Station that he and friends had found years before. He soon brings Arhtur to visit the site.
• January 28 - Confirmation of Condoleeza Rice as Secretary of State.; Mandy finds and begins her relationship with Engine 16.
• January 27 - Jack, Mandy, Brian, Harold, Beth and Arthur return from Ware Mt. to Washington DC.
• January 26 - Jack arrive in his van on Ware Mt.; A helicopter crash in eastern Iraq kills 31 United States soldiers.; Athens Banner-Herald reports " ??? ".
• January 25 - Brian returns from beyond Earth orbit, landing in St. Louis.; Shortly afternoon Mandy and Brian visit Athens, GA. Mandy Smith kills Jesse Trundel, Carrie Sellers goes missing. (It's worth noting, though, that Mandy's vision of the event showed it being nighttime when it happened. It is also worth noting that Carrie Sellers DIED the first time this event "happened", reconstructed by Arhtur later...); Arthur and Harold arrives around noon, Brian and Mandy arrived in the late afternoon (they came straight from the Athens, GA incident), Date you were all on Ware Mt., WV.; Joelle Millar (Director of Humanitarian Issues and Human Rights for the Brookings Institution) begins her diplomatic relations dealing with the Internally Displaced Persons Survivor Case of 17 year old Zaida binte Shouk (of the Darfur region of the Sudan).
• January 24 - President Bush meets with "March for Life" participants. President Bush preempts Television programs to air his full "American Gods" speech.; Brian leaps into orbit during the President's Speech and comes back down, causing a quake. During this speech broadcast, although no deaths are reportedly caused directly, more than 500 people are injured after towns up the New England coast (specifically Hartford, Conneticut located Lat: 41.76° North latitude, Lon: 72.69° West latitude) experience multiple earthquakes measuring as high as 7.4 on the Richter scale, the quakes are felt as far south as Maryland and Washington DC, North America. Simultantiously similar earthquakes shake the Indian Ocean Region (New England's Antipode) Lat: 41.76° South latitude, Lon: 107.31° East latitude in the Indian Ocean far to the west of Australia. For more see the antipode map.; Brian meets with his father a few hours later and then leaps again, only this time trans-Lunar. By the time he comes back, it's morning on the 25th.; Mandy Smith witnesses and intervenes (anonomously) in a robbery in a small convenient store in downtown Washington DC., setting herself on fire and severely injuring a street punk many rumors abound in the local area.
• January 23 - Johnny Carson dies. The Survivors depart for their individual homes.
• January 22 - Survivor - Ashton Sawyer dies of heart failure at 4:23am EST. The Survivors press conference near the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC. President Bush makes weekly radio address (about freedom, anti-terror and the beginings of his "American Gods" speech).
• January 21 - The Survivors leave Celera in Seattle by air under the power of "Godlike" Ashton Sawyer bound for the Celera facility in Washington DC. Late in the evening amatuer digital footage is taken of Brian Jaffe in Georgetown, Washington DC - apparently lifting a city bus. The footage is on-line before the night ends.
• January 20 - The Survivors wake up from their "comas", their location is Seattle Genetics an ally of Celera. The Seattle Genetics campus is located in Bothel, WA near Seattle. George W. Bush is inaugurated in Washington D.C. for his second term as 43rd President of the United States.
• January 19 - President Bush attends "Celebration of Freedom" concert for military.
• January 18 - President Bush attends "Saluting Those Who Serve" event.

• September 11: the events of 9/11 occur, spawning the Survivors of Flight AA 283.
  At age 87 (in 2051 - age 35 in 2005), Arthur was watching 9/11 in a old Boston Bar.

• September 11 | ALTERNATE (b): Milos is ambushed as he leaves for the airport that morning, on the freeway, Arthur raced down the road alongside him, and with several deft slashes, cut both right tires of the limo he was riding in. Immediately the limo went out of control and crashed into the guardrail. Several other vehicles lost control as well and caused a grand pileup. No casualties or major injuries. Only a massive tangle of cars that will take hours to clear up. Milos did not make the AA 283 flight.

• September 11 | ALTERNATE (c): Arriving back at Milo’s house, the night before the flight, Arthur kills Milos.

Arthur's Personal Timeline

• ALTERNATE (d): Arthur spent almost five years shifting back and forth between the same twenty five years, trying to undo the damage he had done. After his last attempt, one which almost resulted in the total erasure of all the Survivors, Arthur finally came to his senses.
