"There are those who say that the Primarchs, the children of the Emperor are more concerned with sibling rivalry and personal glory than the fate of the Imperium. We must prove them wrong! We must show that all of you and your warriors can work together for your father, for the Imperium and most of all for the betterment of mankind its self.
To that end the Emperor has decreed that a new fleet be formed on that will see each of you commit a portion of your forces to it. They will co-operate, they will succeeded and they will become a guiding beacon to the rest of the Imperium that together we are stronger than anything"
