The Iron-Winged Devils

This was a pretty small-time street gang led by a young man dubbing himself the Devil King - as a first assignment when they entered the Black Crane, Iron Seraph, Red Star Dervish and Zero tried to get them to sign on for the Crane. The Devil King refused, and a furious battle ensued! In it, Seraph defeated Four Kicks Down, who later became a Black Crane member.

Unfortunately, the Devil King could not accept defeat, and tapped into power granted to him by a nameless women from the mysterious organization named RAIN - multiplying his power and making him go through an extraordinary End Boss Bishounen transformation! Unfortunately, he was defeated anyway - and as he was struck down, the power struck back against him, making his body melt away into a pile of insects.
