Articles

All may be crew, be they man or woman; human, Misbegotten or Automaton.

All Crewmen share a vote in the Election of Captain.

The Crew agree to obey the orders of the Captain until such a time that a Vote of No Confidence passes.

Every Crewman has the right to a share of booty or treasure retrieved, or a share of payment received by the Stipendium Peccati.

Stealing from the Common Funds will be punished by Marooning.

Stealing from another Crewman shall be punished at the Captain’s leisure.

Every Crewman will maintain their weapons ready for sudden use.

Desertion in battle will be punished by Death or Marooning, at the Captain’s leisure.

All crewmen must be sober while on duty.

No crewmen may engage in gambling with another crewman while aloft.

No crewman shall attack another crewman while aloft; grievances will be noted and addressed at port by way of blade or pistol.

The crew shall not engage in physical liaisons and dalliances while aloft.

Every pirate has the right to food and strong liquor, unless scarcity forces a vote to forbid it.


Provisions for the payment of crew and distribution of wealth

For the privilege of Rank and duty of Command, the Captain shall receive two full shares.

One and one-half shares shall be set aside for the Caveat Emptor.

For services rendered to the crew, the Bursar shall receive one and one-half shares.

Titled Officers shall receive one and one-quarter shares.

Each remaining crewman shall receive one full share.


Compensations

Any crewman receiving a temporary or non-hindering injury shall receive one-quarter share as compensation.

Any crewman receiving a lasting and hindering injury shall receive compensation decided by the Crew and ratified by the Captain, and be assigned a position fulfilling to their new state.

As for Black Dice, the IC roller lets you make multiple rolls at once.
