Lord Magus[edit]
Asaphis is willowy, with nearly black skin and a thin, sharp-featured face. He has long, wavy, black hair and brown eyes. Thirty years ago he traveled extensively before settling in Dholavira and worked as a mage on trading vessels plying the great sea of Zutshi. Asaphis is straightforward though bland. He came to position because no one hated him rather than his force of personality. The Lord Magus is the single parent of four children, and was himself orphaned at an early age.

Asaphis served as the Archmagus of Ether before becoming Lord Magus.
The Lord Magus has only one year remaining in his term before the members of the Eldrich College will choose who will serve the next six years.
Asaphis's four children all rank as masters of the Eldrich College.
His eldest, a daughter called Maymeen, is an accomplished transmutor. She has occasionally been accused of crossing lines of decency with her experiments.
Muruku, his second eldest and favorite son, has specialized in evocation. Muruku is known for his temper.
Jura and Ira are Asaphis's youngest daughters. The twins are half-celestials with fantastic abilities. Their pale feathered wings make them appear as if they are angels.
