Backstory[edit]
Dannell Allen was born 17 years ago to a lower middle class family in a nice black and latino neighborhood. He was a bit of a nerdy kid in school, focusing a lot of fantasy books and films. He did well in school though and had a number of friends.
Then last year at 16, Dannell was in a very bad car accident. Luckily he was driving and alone and no one else was hurt. Dannell survived almost unscratched as his mutant powers turning his skin and bones into a rubber like substance.
In the months afterwards he started experimenting with his new found gifts and keeping it a secret as best he could. He now is very interested in joining a group of like minded young superheroes.
He recently started taking some martial arts classes at a local school and found that with his powers he is far more 'advance' than he should be. He has tried to keep that a secret from his teacher as he feels his powers are allowing him to 'cheat his way to a black belt'.
